Maple Mashed Butternut Squash Recipe

• 1 butternut squash1. Pierce the squash and bake at 400 °F for 1–2 hours until tender. Let cool.
2. Cut off the stem, halve the squash, and scoop out the seeds.
• Unsalted butter
• Maple syrup
• Salt
• Pumpkin spice
• (Optional) Hot curry powder
3. Add butter, maple syrup, salt, pumpkin spice, and optional curry to the flesh. Mix and serve.
