Streusel Recipe

This streusel is perfect on top of apple pie, peach cobbler, or Blueberry muffins.

• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup white sugar
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• pinch of salt
1. Mix in bowl until well combined.
• 6 tbsp melted butter2. Add melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir gently until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Avoid overmixing; if using chopped nuts, fold them in at this stage.

Keep an eye on the texture as you add the butter. You want to make sure your streusel stays perfectly crumbly. If it turns into a paste you went too far! The goal is coarse, uneven crumbs that hold their shape.
